Warranty
Our warranty is generally 2 years
The only current exceptions are our RHS2600 Hood, Schock Sinks & Garage Door Openers. These are generally 3 month replacement warranty. If you have a problem with any of these models just return it to us and we will supply a replacement new or reconditioned unit if we judge the problem to be a manufacturing fault. Sinks & GDO's are clearance. If we do not have replacement stock we may elect to offer an alternative. If there is no alternative we may elect to offer a rebate based on length of time you have had the item in service. All other Standard Warranty conditions apply.
Standard Warranty
For 2 years from the time of purchase we will, if we believe your appliance has a manufacturing fault, come to your home in our service area and repair. This does not include instructions on operation [see Instruction Visit]. Our warranty is restricted to use of our products in normal domestic situations. It does not cover consequential work.
Service area
We have service agents in all capital cities and most regional towns throughout Australia. Should you be outside this area we can still send an agent but you may need to cover the costs of travel or take the appliance to our agent.
Rangehood and Microwave & 60cm cooktop [except 60cm Induction] Warranty. Dryer Warranty
These products carry a 2 year replacement warranty [ Slide hoods - RHS2 600 have 3 months, DR1 Dryer is 12 months]. If you have a problem with any of these models just return it to us and we will supply a replacement new or reconditioned unit if we judge the problem to be a manufacturing fault.
Clearance Products Warranty
In some cases clearance products may be reduced to a level that means we cannot support a full warranty. This does not mean the product is suspect but that the warranty cost provision has been reduced or even omitted. In those cases the warranty for the specific product will be shown in the listing. Otherwise, normal warranty for the item will apply. All clearance sales are final.
Items not warranted
Any marks, scratches, dents that are not registered within 48 hours of delivery. Normal wear & tear. Weathering.
Instruction Visit
We can send a qualified person to help you with the operation of yourappliance/s. Cost varies from a minimum of $100.
